Our new imported oregano from Mexico is called Oregano Indio by the Oregano Caxtle
Cooperative in Tlahuitelpa that grows it for us. It's also commonly known as Oreja de Raton, or Mouse Ear.
It has less of a citrus taste and more of an earthy aroma. I'm nuts for it and use it on everything.

Is it possible to buy your oregano not in glass jars? I already have glass jars!

Psst Ranchito--a *raton* is a mouse. Rat is *rata*.
I'd much rather have mouse ear oregano than rat ear!
